JCET's Strategy is Four-fold

| Evangelism | One-on-One, Crusades, Humanitarian efforts |
| Discipleship | Leadership Seminars, Evangelism Conferences, Workshops |
| Church Planting | Establishing local church bodies in areas where crusades have yielded fruit which requires further nurturing |
| Support | Financial support of indigenous evangelists and missionaries who follow the same vision as JCET. Support may be granted on an individual basis, for a specific project that meets JCET's project guidelines. |
